who is eligible for the bathroom renovation package and how long does it take to complete?

Our bathroom renovation package is available to all customers based in England, Wales and Scotland. On average each bathroom is booked in 3-8 weeks from the initial phone call. We estimate each bathroom renovation to be completed within working 5 days.

Is all waste removed from my property when choosing the bathroom renovation package?

Yes all waste is removed from your property each day by our waste removal team. However we do not deliver skips due to the high chance of driveways being damaged from the weight of the waste.

How do I make payment for the bathroom renovation package and do you accept finance?

After your free consultation you receive a document which lists all payment details in relation to your bathroom. A £600 deposit is required in order for us to reserve the proposed work dates and order your products & tiles. Then the remaining balance is paid in 3 payments over the course of the renovation, the final payment being made when you are happy with your new beautiful bathroom. All payments are made via bank transfer to our company bank account. Unfortunately we do not offer finance options for our bathroom renovation package. A bank loan may be your best option if you do require finance.

How much are delivery fees?

All items purchased online are delivered for free (unless specified). We are able to deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery times are targeted for up to 7 working days. If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Ditch the Bath account.

Changing delivery address

It is possible to change your delivery address after submitting your order. However, there is a small window to do so. You need to contact us promptly via email ditchthebath@gmail.com stating the new address and order number.

Do we deliver to UK off-shore islands and European countries ?

Unfortunately we only deliver to England, Wales and Scotland. We do not ship to European countries or Ireland.

Do we deliver to PO Boxes?

Delivery addresses must be physical addresses, we are unable to delivery to Private Bags or PO Boxes.

How can I check the status of my order/delivery?

If you have made a recent online purchase with us, you can view the status of your order by following the link on your order confirmation email or by signing into your Ditch the Bath account. If you encounter problems when attempting this process then please contact our customer service team.

Can I return a product I've bought online?

Yes, we will accept returns within 28 days where the goods are in their original, saleable condition including original packaging. Refunds will be for product only, no refund of delivery fees is payable.

My product is broken or faulty - what should I do?

If the product(s) have arrived damaged or is faulty, we will ensure your receive a replacement. Contact ditchthebath@gmail.com within 12 hours of receiving consignment in order to receive a complementary pickup of faulty/damage goods, include relevant details such as order number, proof of damage, pickup address and available times. Requests for complementary pickups outside of this 12 hour window will be authorised on a case by case basis. Alternatively, return faulty/damage goods to our warehouse. Once we are notified it will take up to 5 working days to send you the replacement goods.
